I was browsing aroung the web recently, looking for some inspiration to kickstart my guitar 're-learning' need and I stumbled onto a fellow countryman from down under. My man John has the most sensible, logical guitar tuition system I've seen. Now, for those of you who have managed to trawl their way to, and through the 'Our Future' threads under the DISCUSSIONS button, you will understand what I mean when I talk about Reason! I haven't yet examined the available apps here on wetpaint yet as I've been slowly but surely getting my own home 'studio' together. I need to do this for me as it forces me to get my guitar playing up to scratch. Then I can do it for you! 	Thread started: Mar 3 2009, 6:55 AM EST Watch Hello again. If you've been keeping an eye on threads for Our Future, you'll have noticed the gap in time since the last thread. I've spent the past few days absorbing the passing of my mum which I've already described. Now the thing is I'm talking to you now just like I talk to a very close and dear friend of mine about what's in my head. A sort of sounding board for bouncing ideas off each other, be they personal or general. A sharing of feelings, pain and pleasure. One thing I know is we can never have enough sounding boards and that dear friend, is what this site is - a Sounding Board. So my rash promise to my mum just before she died, to save the world was a feeling. I thought "why not?" So I dived in with Our Future. Now mum has gone I feel it would make her happy to finish what I started regardless of whether I'm wrong or right. She was clairevoyant remember! She may be watching still! I'm not a sceptic, just a fence sitter. Am I wrong or right about our Future? We will all know as the drivel flows on. Go to the Discussions button above. What I can't do - yet, is build in all the thingame's like video windows, templates for various topics etc. In fact anything else that's not on each page so far because I haven't yet learnt how. That's how new this is and I am to doing it! But hey, I have you don't I? This is free here. I shan't upgrade to eliminate the adverts as that costs money and money will not get a look in here.
